The Role:
  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including processing enrolment, changes, and claims, etc.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and other HR-related events
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a law firm, professional services or global organization
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin for internal & external communications and engagement
