The Role:
 
My Client is a global Asset Manager firm and we are recruiting for a Risk Manager to join the team in Singapore. Reporting up to the CRO, we are looking for Operational Risk candidates and you will be given the exposure across the ORM function at a group level.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and spearhead new Operational Risk policies for the business
  • Conduct RCSA and Risk Assessments, and identify any gaps within the business
  • Implement and design new processes within the Risk team
  • Mitigate and provide Risk Advisory to the senior stakeholders
  • Maintain and build a Risk culture in the firm

 
Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in an Operational Risk function – Preferable from an Asset Manager / Alternative / Big 4 etc
  • Well rounded ORM experience RCSA / KRIs / Risk and Control etc
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
