The Role:
Exciting Presales Representative role with a company within the crypto/blockchain space. This is a full-time remote role within APAC. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through onboarding, focusing on API integrations and technical product understanding 
  • Act as a technical liaison, explaining algorithms and ensuring product alignment with customer needs
  • Monitor customer usage, drive adoption, and mitigate churn through strategic engagement

Requirements:
  • Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent technical experience
  • Experience in technical support, customer success, or account management, ideally in SaaS
  • Relevant experience/knowledge within the blockchain/Web3 space
