A global player in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their fast-growing organisation .
 
This is a team management role which involves collaborating with business units to monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement effective cost control measures. You will provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to subsidiary leaders and finance teams, while leading and developing finance professionals to drive continuous improvement.
 
You will manage accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all statutory and tax requirements, such as audits, corporate tax, GST, and transfer pricing. Additionally, you will handle regional financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making and lead finance projects.
 
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Accounting and Finance and be CA/CPA certified. You should have at least 10 years of relevant finance controllership experience within the manufacturing industry with costing background. You are comfortable being hands-on, yet successful in driving the strategy of the business, and be comfortable speaking both English and Mandarin for internal & external communications and engagement
