My Client is a leading boutique bank and we are looking for a Compliance VP / SVP for the Singapore office. You will be spearheading all Private Banking and Wealth Compliance related work with direct visibility to the senior stakeholders in Singapore and their regional office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and spearhead all Private Banking and Wealth Compliance policies in SG.
- Provide Compliance and Business Advisory to the senior stakeholders
- Ensure that any new processes are in line with the MAS.
- Work with the global Compliance team and elevate the Compliance standards for the Asia business.
- Design Compliance training program and be the point of contact for any Compliance related issues in Asia.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in a reputable university
- At least 10 years of experience in a Compliance function – Private Banking / Wealth Compliance is a must
- Experience in wider non AML function
- Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
