This is a new position, a Marketing Manager to lead our client’s efforts in the APAC market. As the first Marketing Manager for this region at a leading Hospitality Technology Software firm headquartered in the US, you will spearhead their marketing strategy and execution, enhancing brand awareness and presence throughout APAC. Your role will also involve driving digital campaigns and events to facilitate lead generation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Tailor positioning and marketing messages to maximize relevance in local markets and leverage regional business narratives.
  • Develop marketing funnel engagement strategies that drive pipeline generation.
  • Plan and execute integrated, highly targeted campaigns and events to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Work with the sales team to identify key target accounts within specific market segments.
  • Implement brand awareness initiatives, ongoing targeted lead generation, and event-based sales engagement programs.
  • Partner with Market Development and Sales on campaign and event activities to ensure smooth coordination and effective prospect follow-up, improving meeting-booking rates.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive event plans, including webinars, virtual events, trade shows, hosted events, and roundtable discussions.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing within the APAC region.
  • Proven track record in pipeline lead generation within fast-paced environments for B2B software, SaaS, or services companies targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), event management, partner marketing, digital marketing, and Salesforce.
  • Capable of working independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong focus on detail and precision.
  • Possesses a data-driven and results-focused approach.
  • Proficient in data analysis and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within the APAC region.
