We are currently working with one of our clients in the digital assets infrastructure space who’s looking to expand their presence across APAC. Hiring across different seniorities (can be 1-2 years and up to 10+ years of working experience), we are looking at candidates based in Singapore/Malaysia/Taiwan/Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential institutional clients to expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by closing high-value deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance sales strategies
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, fintech, SaaS, or digital assets, with at least 1-2 years of exposure selling to clients in the crypto space
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry
A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for business development
Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
