  • Leading property developer, one of Asia's largest real estate groups 
  • Candidates must have relevant experience in commercial/retail leasing
 
Responsibilities would include:
  • Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants
  • Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation
  • Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends
  • Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters
  • Discuss renewals and expansion plans with existing tenants to retain occupancy with positive rental reversions
  • Build strong relationship with customers and coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen business relationship with tenants and in turn develop deeper understanding of tenants’ needs, future plans and internal decision-making process regarding tenants’ space requirements
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Preferably with 3-8 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing, title commensurates on experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong leadership, team management, and team-building skills
