This person will play a key leadership role in driving the company’s growth by leading complex consulting engagements and fostering strong relationships with CXO-level clients in Indonesia.
 
The role involves creating strategic change agendas, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and managing both pre and post-deal phases to ensure successful client outcomes.
 
This position requires driving profitable growth, meeting revenue and margin targets, and delivering high-quality consulting solutions.
 
The individual will also contribute to the firm’s strategic initiatives, leveraging industry expertise to innovate and drive change while maintaining a strong personal brand and presence in the industry.
 
The role demands over 10 years of experience in client engagement and business development, with a strong experience selling into Enterprises clients.
