We are partnering with a global technology consulting firm who work with a diverse client base and across multiple industries, are looking to recruit a Head of Cloud Managed Services.
 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Overall lead for delivering ITOSM initiatives for transformation program, overseeing work-streams and maintaining direction.
  • Manage and deliver IT Operations and Service Management, including 24x7 Ops and Service Desk for customers in Singapore and overseas.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal team and bridging partners for delivering best-in-class services.
  • Manage IT infrastructure lifecycle, including design, build, maintenance, retirement, and transformation.
  • Optimize ITOSM practice functions across areas like Compute, Storage, Networks, ITSM, BCP/DR, and different cloud environments.
  • Responsible for project planning, execution, management, financial forecasting, planning, and cost management.
  • Possess strong technical background in ITSM, Networks, Systems, DC, and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and inter-dependencies, providing advice on appropriate course of action.
  • Manage organizational risks related to the transformation program.
  • Identify strategic enterprise-wide initiatives to drive consistency, efficiency, and alignment across Technology teams.
  • Define implementation roadmap for strategic technology initiatives, setting goals and benefits.
 

Requirements:

 
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12 + years of work experience in ITOSM in large and complex organizations, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Relevant experience in technology strategy and transformation preferred, especially in large-scale Government, FSI, SI organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing IT strategic planning and delivery, organizational change management, redesign, or transformation.
  • Determined, resourceful, and adaptable individual who can thrive in ambiguity.
  • Ideally good understanding of the government sector, products, relationships, priorities/legislation, and changing social and economic context.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders for collaboration and partnership.
